Hive on a Trolley

One of the club members needed to move her hive from one side of her property to the other after a neighbour received a few stings and became unhappy with its location.

The hive was taken apart and rebuilt on a trolley one evening.  Then the trolley was move about one metre each day until it was at the other side of the property.   There was no problem with bees returning to the old site, and neighbourly relations are now restored.
